Saddest Harley Davidson story I ever read

Thursday, September 3rd, 2009

I’m sorry, but I’m not sure what happened to this guy…But we really need to pull together and help him. He’s crossed over to a different realm.

I read this story, and said to myself, I can’t write about this…but than a thought occurred to me… What if there are others out there with similar thoughts? What if that sense of awesomeness and american pride is failing to keep it’s grip on American Men and Women we call Harley Davidson Bikers?

We can’t let this happen to our fellow riders. Was this an act of random excitement? Where was his buddies? Was he a loner? So many questions run through my head. How can you say, I want to change my personality on a whim? Who goes from wearing jeans and leather to wearing full neon jumpsuits?

March 28th – Harley Rider Seminar

Tuesday, March 24th, 2009

I was reading an article on delmarvanow.com about the Harley-Davidson of Ocean City offering riders a chance to learn from experienced riders. I can’t stress the importance of learning how to ride.

Every year we hear of the awful accidents that happen because of inexperienced riders not understanding the basics of riding. Harley’s, whether new, used, classic or sport bikes are all different and handle differently in situations that come up just going around your block. So take a proactive stance, become an experienced rider this season, get some training and be safe.

Let’s face it, if Harley’s were the only ones on the road, riding would be a whole lot safer!
